Personal Background

After a lifetime of city living, when it came time to buy our first home, my husband and I decided to pack up our Brooklyn apartment for the more spacious and greener pastures of Cranford, New Jersey. As a city girl, I was totally new to life in the suburbs. I didn't even know how to drive! But now, after two kids, driving lessons, and a lot of exploring, I've got this suburban living thing figured out!

Cranford, Westfield, and the surrounding towns have so much to offer! The vibrant downtown communities have provided us with culture, dining, shopping, and tons of activities. Union County boasts 6,760 acres of park land including playgrounds, hiking trails, and historic sites which have been keeping us busy. And with its proximity to NYC, its been convenient for commuting and keeping us close to our old city life!

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, I spent over a decade producing TV shows. My credits have included shows for ABC, MTV, CNN and Sundance. The production world is fast passed and full of deadlines, so as a producer I had to be a creative problem solver, pay attention to the details, and do whatever it took to get the job done! Really, there is no better primer for a career in real estate!

When it comes to finding a new home there is a lot more to take into account than just the house itself. Finding the right town and community are just as important as square footage and number of bedrooms. There are so many small towns in NJ, each with their own culture, downtown, school system, etc., that it can be tricky to find the vibe that best suits you and your family. In addition to showing homes, I believe in showing towns as well. I will happily take you on town tours to find the area and neighborhood that fits you best!

There are lots of questions to ask and things to consider when thinking about a move. As an agent working in the NYC suburban area, I can share a wealth of knowledge and expertise not just about buying and selling real estate, but also about living here as well. From train lines and commute times, full day kindergarten and local restaurants, to the going rate for that colonial you've had your eye on, I provide clients with a full range of information, insight and support.

Selling A Home

When it comes time to move, you need someone you can trust to handle the sale of your much loved home. As a sellers agent, I can take care of everything you need from the start to finish. I will market and advertise your home to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, oversee inspections, and supervise the closing.

While some houses are ready to go on the market as is, others need some TLC to boost buyers interest and gain curb appeal. Things like staging the home, making minor repairs, painting, or even something as simple as decluttering, can make all the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast!
